When Osamu Tezuka first put pen to paper, I doubt even he could imagine how ubiquitous the anime style would become. Now, we've got another big release that takes the aesthetic for a spin with the upcoming jam-packed RPG, Seal of Fate.

At a glance, it doesn't take much to gauge what you're getting here. Seal of Fate is an AFK RPG featuring a bevvy of assorted characters (and associated costumes) to recruit to your team. But with full 3D visuals and more than a few interesting features, it looks to be content-rich enough to justify the camp.

As mentioned, Seal of Fate offers a mixture of standard RPG gameplay and AFK resource gathering, ensuring that you'll still be able to claim goodies even when you're not playing. It boasts over 100 skins for its various characters alongside plenty of manga interludes to provide some levity and background to the world and its characters.

Seal of approval?

I've no doubt that whether or not you're pre-registering for Seal of Fate is how tolerant you are of this sort of RPG cheese. But Seal of Fate does seemingly come packed with plenty of features to justify said campiness. Full 3D graphics and plenty of content at launch are always a plus.

Seal of Fate is also quick to point out that it's emphasising strategy and fair competition. Which, even if it doesn't work out, it's always good to see a new release that recognises what players really want is the option to put their skills to the test, not have their credit rating strained.
