Starting from a general ledger, customer, or supplier account, you can easily click through to view all the transactions that contribute to the period balance. With its advanced drill-down method, you can seamlessly explore transactions and manage your financial data with ease. Whether you're working with past transactions or need a comprehensive view of specific entries, Drill Down provides the flexibility you need.
One of the standout features of PDI Drill Down is its ability to customize the drill-down process for all Pastel entry types. This allows you to specify exactly how you want the drill-down to occur, whether by reference and entry date or by entry type and date. Additionally, if you're drilling down from a customer or supplier document, you can easily view the original document details for a clearer understanding of each transaction.
For added convenience, you can print any of the displayed transactions directly from the screen using the Print button. All reports are created using Crystal Reports, so they can be tailored to fit your specific business requirements, ensuring you have complete control over your financial reports.
